Calories in dehydrated fruit?

I started dehydrating my own fruit. So far I've done bananas and fresh pineapple. Is the calorie content the same? There is nothing extra added - just straight fruit.

Calorie per gram would change because you've removed the water. It is now more calorie dense. Pretty heavily calorie dense.0

Same as in dried fruit, as that is what you are doing.0

Search for "Bananas - Dehydrated, or banana powder." I do not see any non-asterisked - or even asterisked - entries for dried or dehydrated pineapple. For other fruits, search for "Dried, uncooked" or "Dried, stewed."

Thanks @Iron_Feline , I had a typo in my search on dried pineapple and had no results come up. It must be my age...yeah, age, that's it, uh huh!0

I had to go look because that would be very weird. :laugh:0 -
You could also just make it a recipe and weigh out the raw fruit, enter that in (add water to the recipe because you need at least 2 ingredients), and then once it's finished dehydrating just weigh it all out again and enter that as the number of servings.0
