Been told to eat clean
I have been told my dr to eat clean to help pain caused by my suspected gall stones, but what actually does he mean??? I know he said to not eat fat (no bacon, cheese, frying food etc...) but was wondering what eating clean meant maybe I am just being a bit thick ???? Thanks in advanced ????

milkshakes for breakfast
Need some quick and easy breakfast ideas so any ideas would be great :-) but my main question is cos i was thinking to start having a banana or strawberry milkshake (homemade with just low fat milk and a banana or some atrawberries) for breakfast but is this a good idea??
