almost at my target weight, what to do next?

Hiya I am almost at my target weight (9st 7lb am currently 9st 10lb) my bmi is now 23.11 I know it sounds silly but how do i keep the weight off as I dont want to be stuck on a diet forever, I thought if I started doing the wii fit (haven't done a great deal of exercise apart from walking while dieting) 2x a wk it would help but does anyone else have advice or tips?

    Go to settings (waaay top right), go to change fitness/diet profile. There's a drop down menu near the bottom where you can select how much you want to lose/gain/maintain.

    Thanks :-) wow it says 1660 cals for me to maintain my current weight, it seems like a lot or maybe its cos I have been on lower cals for a while :-s
