lost my motivation has anyone found it lol

I was really motivated and losing weight up until roughly 8wks ago when all of a sudden I lost it and cant seem to get it back, help me find it please (cos all I keep doing is eating crap and junk)

    Lets stop thinking about food, lets think about YOU! this is YOUR body, YOUR life.. Do YOU want to live this way? Hiding behind all that weight?
    Make tomorrow a productive day, make it a better one! The hard work will be worth it when you see the results!

    think about what got you motivated in the first place. For me it was a horrible experience and when I want to give up, I think back on that experience. I think about how I want to transform my image of myself, mentally and physically. Think of all the weight you COULD have loss in these 8 weeks you have been eating junk. I get mad at myself for stopping this journey back in April. I re-grouped in August and have not lost momentum yet. If I would have stuck with it since April, my weight loss would be triple what it is now. That sucks big time but I just gotta work that much harder to stick with it this time around. I don't want another 3 months to go by while I'm pondering how much weight I could have loss.

    Also read those SUCCESS stories, they're sooo insipirational

  • I lose mine at least once a day but always find it eventually. Nattie_49 hit the nail on the head :)

    Start logging your food again, actually seeing what you are eating helps you take stock. Keep intouch with your pals they will support you on good days and bad. You will get back on board. Set yourself small achievable targets. Think about the day you realised you had lost 16 lbs. Replay that in your head before you reach for those bad food choices.

    Thanks guys for all the great replies :-) these made me feel a bit more motivated this morning, I am gonna try really hard this wk (hopefully i will do well this wk)
