Hiya, I switched mfp over to maintain as I am 2lb away from target (am currently 9st 9lb and 5'4) so thought I would settle with that (for now anyway) well my cals per day have shot up to 1660 which I think seems like a lot and worried if I eat that many cals I will end up putting on weight and back where I started, anyone got any advice

Is the 1660 something like 250 - 500 calories more than you're used to? There's a reason for that. Because you're not trying to lose anymore!

Instead of going straight to 1660, up your calories slowly so your body gets used to the extra. Take a week and add maybe 100 or 200 more per day, see how that works out on the scale/how your clothing fits, and, if you're still losing keep upping until you more or less maintain.

I converted your weight to lbs (rounding up...sorry!) and got 140. It sounds good to me but I'm 5'2" and shooting for 135 lbs which puts me just in the healthy weight range.
