Need some advice, I am at my target weight (well almost) but need to tone up(haven't done any exercising apart from walking everywhere while losing weight) and I want to get rid off my baby belly once and for all BUT I can't afford the gym and only really get the evening to do things, any advice or tips to help me in my mission to get rid of my tummy?

Diet is 90% of it. As for the other 10%, I lost the most body fat by lfting weights, doing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, thrusters, and plyos like burpees, mountain climbers, and skater lunges really helped define my tummy much more than the typical situps and crunches.

I posted something similar last week. Here is a link:

I actually bit the bullet and joined a gym and now have a personal trainer. I would suggest core exercises and weight training. Pilates is good for your core. After all the responses I got, I decided that I needed guidance so joined a gym. However, my gym is month to month so once I feel that I can do all exercises at home, I plan to cancel (maybe as it is an awesome gym). I justified the expense since we cancelled satellite TV a few months ago and the cost of gym membership is the same as what we were paying for TV services. Good luck!

Defo can't afford the gym, I read your post does it make a difference to the way your tummy looks if you have had a c section (cos I had one almost 5yrs ago)?
