appetite suppressants and uping energy levels
I need some more suggestions with this. I am ALWAYS hungry and I have no energy to do anything. What can I take to fix these issues. I do have a low dose of anti-anxiety so I know thats what is killing my energy levels. I am always drinking coffee, tea and water all day long.

Okay for lunch today I have: Special K Peanut butter meal bar and a Green Giant Baby Veggies medley box. would it be better to eat the whole meal bar and half the veggies or eat the whole box of veggies and half the meal bar?

I have an office job, I sit pretty much 8hrs a day 5 days a week. If I constantly bounce my legs up and down as if anxious, Does that help burn more calories? I know that's probably a dumb question, but it popped in my head this morning.

I tried 30DS on Friday. I was only able to do 10min of it before I couldn't take it any longer. I my legs are still sore as hell today, after not doing it for 3 days now. Should I keep trying to do as much as I can until I can no longer to it every day, no matter if its only 5min?
