I am a junk food junkie! I love how it tastes and how cheap it is! It's so convenient and quick! I am all about having dinner done within 30min or less, so this means lots of processed boxed meals. I had managed to lose 25lbs last summer, and the winter holidays came around. too cold to walk outside and couldn't afford a gym membership, so the pounds started coming back. Now that winter is over, I am trying so hard to get back on track and stay on track. Its so hard, when all the foods I love are not healthy foods. I live in a rural area so the small town grocery store prices on fresh healthy foods are too rich for my poor blood and driving to town is a 40min drive. I know these are excuses, but how do I over come all this? I have 2 weddings this fall and I want to look good for them. three reasons: one to be healthy for myself , two be a good example to my 2 yo and 3 to rub it in those backstabbing twofaced twatwaffles faces that will be there.

so give me some advice. the good the bad and the ugly thats fine.
