I am back again from almost a year without keeping track. I really like this site, I can track everything I eat plus exercise. One question, though. When I use my treadmill, it records more calories burned than selecting from the exercise list. Which one do I go by? Also,should I use all calories including those earned by…

stomach fat
Hi! I am currently going to the gym 5 days a week and have seen a difference in my legs and arms but not my stomach! My measurements have not changed in 5 weeks of an exercise plan set up by a trainer. I am almost 50. Are there any other members that are having the same prob and any suggestions????

treadmills
Hi! I use a treadmill for 40 minutes a morning, start at 3.6 miles per hour and work my way up to 4.0 for the last few minutes. I do the hill program walkng. It goes up from a 3.0 incline to 7 and back down again. Does anyone else do this and am I on the right exercise track?

exercise calories
I was wondering how many of you use the extra calories earned by exercising. I have weight watchers drilled in my brain and the extra calories were not added in. Are those of you finding success with this site using the extra calories?

Humus
Made some tasty humus today! 1 can of chickpeas, 1 large clove of fresh garlic, 2 TBSP of olive oil, 1 large freshly squeezed lemon. The recipe called for sesame oil but I did not add that, did not want the extra fat. Blended it up and ate 1 helping with fresh carrots. Very nice!!!!
