Made some tasty humus today! 1 can of chickpeas, 1 large clove of fresh garlic, 2 TBSP of olive oil, 1 large freshly squeezed lemon. The recipe called for sesame oil but I did not add that, did not want the extra fat. Blended it up and ate 1 helping with fresh carrots. Very nice!!!!

I love it in celery. But I just buy it at the store, Cedars brand they have a roasted red pepper humus - when stuffed in the celery it is delicous -0

You can also add fresh herbs (cilantro or basil for example) or other grilled veggies. Hummus has SO MANY possibilities.0
