Not losing?
Hi, seem to be stuck for the last two weeks? I put it down to TOM but that's over and the scales are still not moving. I'm fairly sedentary and try to stay below 1500, is that too many cals? I'm 39, 5'3 female. I'll open my diary, any advice would be appreciated :)

electrolytes?
Hi, I'm convinced this is a good woe after reading a lot on the subject but was wondering who uses supplements? If I don't have salt (lots of) I'm getting a banging headache but am concerned about potassium, should I be supplementing with it to offset the salt in my diet? Not as concerned about magnesium as I regularly…

To count calories or not?
Back on this woe after a year of self destruct! My question is who counts calories and who doesn't? Books I've read seem to say you don't need to but would like to hear from people who have lost weight successfully while not counting calories. Eating what I want but tracking my food anyway, bit early to see if I'm losing…

Sedentary???? NO!!!!!
I've just started using a Ki Fit (UK equivalent of Body Media Fit) and am amazed at how much I'm actually burning compared to what I thought I was. It shows me how many cals I'm burning minute by minute and the pottering around doin housework, looking after baby etc burns 2 cals more per min than sitting on the computer/…

Oops!...
I've stayed very motivated for a month, but yesterday I was in a bad mood and ended up eating most of a family sized bag of maltesers (was only gonna have 4 or 5). Now while I appreciate it's only 500 cals which I could make up for today I feel very annoyed witrh myself. Not to mention I weighed myself this morning and…

Advice about rest days please
Hi, I've just started doing the 30 day shred and while I realise it's meant to be every day for 30 days I'm thinking I should have a rest day inbetween each day for my body to recover, is this correct?

Very nervous, need advise!!
Hi all, I'm getting married in July and it's really important to me to lose fat. I Started on MFP guide of 1340 cals (lose 1lb per week) but quickly felt cold, energyless etc and realised this wasn't feeling too healthy. I then changed my settings to loses 0.5lb per week which now gives me about 1500 cals. My exercise is…
