OTF Wristband
Hi! Has anyone used the OTF wristband? I've heard it's sort of glichy when recording HR. Anyone?

Instagram and MFP?
Hi! Does anyone else use Instagram for motivation and accountability, along with using MFP? I use both, and love connecting with people in both places! A post is nice, but a picture says a thousand words!

#RWRunStreak
Anyone interested in doing the Runner' World Summer Challenge -- 40 day challenge of running (or even walking) mile each day? It's at least a mile daily that you set out to do for exercise...walk the dog, run a mile at local track, or as part of your regularly scheduled workout. Here's more info:…

Swim workouts
What is your favorite 30-45 minute swim workout? Do you hit the water and just swim laps or do you do drills with pull buoy and kick board?

Somersault Snacks
Any chefs out there have a suggestion on how to recreate these at home? They are so delish, but so expensive. I'd love to make them at home rather than always buy them. I especially like the Cinnamon Crunch flavor!

Active App
I know this is a C25K group, however, I'm guessing that many people have finished C25K and might be looking for something more. There is a 5k to 10k app for your phone through Active. It includes 3 days a week of running and is terrific. To everyone still working on C25K--keep it up! You'll feel so great when you finish!!

Long Weekend Reboot
Hi all, Wondering how capable of exercise you feel on the 3 day reboot? I'd like to do the 5 day when things calm down a bit, but I just moved in with my fiance and the 5 days just won't work until I'm bit more settled. I'm also training to run a full 5k so I'm jogging 3 days a week and cross-training the others. Wondering…

Week 4!
Who else is on week 4? I did W4D2 today. My legs felt good, and I actually felt like I could keep going at the end, but the sun was beating down on me so I called it good. I was really nervous about this week, but so far am happy with how I've done!

Repeating week 3?
Well, everything was going along well until W3D2, I fell while running and got some bad road rash. I kept on going though...finished the next 22 minutes of the run! But here I am at W4D1 and not sure I'm ready for what it calls for. Has anyone else had to repeat week 3? I'm thinking of doing this to be more "proficient" at…

Body Media
So Costco is offtering $30 off on Body Media items right now. I ordered the Body Media Fit CORE armband for $119.99 and that included 6 months of the subscription service. I got it in the mail yesterday and Body Media actually fulfilled it incorrectly, sending me the Body Media LINK armband with 12 months of the…

"Healthy" food vs. low-fat/low-cal/"diet" food
Has anyone else struggled with finding a balance between "healthy" foods versus what our society thinks of as diet foods (i.e. organic Brown Cow full fat yogurt vs. a low-cal Yoplait). I've gained about 30 pounds over the last 3 years and as I'm losing weight again now, I find myself back to my tried and true 'old…

Buff Brides
I started using my Buff Brides book on Sunday. Did a 35 minute upper body/arms routine. I am STILL sore! Going to do it at least once a week until I get used to it, then start more often!

Any "Buff Brides" out there?
HI! I just got engaged and had always heard of girls doing the "Buff Brides" workout. Are there any other girls out there trying to lose weight for the big day? Thankfully I have 11 months...just enough time to do this the RIGHT way!

Getting married--would love support
Hi! I'm 28 years old and getting married in 9 1/2 months. I lost 50 pounds 5 years ago and have slowly gained about 40 back. I would love to lose 20 pounds before my wedding and do it in a slow healthy way rather than quickly like I did when I was younger (lost 50 pounds in about 6 months). Would love to find some support…

weight watchers help
Hi there! I'm going back to doing WW and want to keep track on MFP also because I can do MFP on my phone then go home and calculate points etc. But, I'm finding that when I meet my points for WW, I go over my calories on MFP. I think this is because on WW fruits and veggies are free. Does anyone notice this? If so, how are…

snacktime is killing me!
Hi, I try very hard to get a good balance of protein and fiber. Most days, it looks like I've gone over my limit in both categories while staying under in calories and fat. But when 4 oclock and 10 oclock pm roll around, I seem to get insatiable! It seems like if I'm craving something salty, and eat some hummus and low fat…
