snacktime is killing me!

Hi,
I try very hard to get a good balance of protein and fiber. Most days, it looks like I've gone over my limit in both categories while staying under in calories and fat. But when 4 oclock and 10 oclock pm roll around, I seem to get insatiable! It seems like if I'm craving something salty, and eat some hummus and low fat crackers, then I want something sweet. I try to stick to healthy choices, but unfortunately don't always and it's hurting my diet efforts!! Does anyone have any suggestions?
THX!

going over on fiber and protein is not bad. You can change your setting to increase the % calories from fat, carbs and protein. The fiber amount should be seen as a minimum amount, just as sodium should be seen as a maximum amount.0

If you are under on your calories, you may want to have a little more at dinner time, and try to skip an evening snack all together--especially at 10pm. Also, try to have your 4pm snack maybe at 3pm instead.
Hope this helps.
