hey everybody! i just went on a walk/run and i was curious about how many miles it was. i tried logging it on mapmyrun.com, but it was way confusing. is there another site that is easier for this?

If you do something great, reward yourself with a reward that you can still have the next morning!! Which means not food.

raw vs roasted almonds
is one better for you? i would guess raw almonds, but roasted almonds are just cooked...so which is better health wise?

having trouble with snacking...please help!
I eat just fine at meals, but when I'm bored at work, I find something to snack on all the time! I try to keep busy by cleaning and stuff, but I'm having trouble resisting the ice cream and candy that is available to me. Do you guys have any tips to help me out? Thanks :)

if you need inspiration...
look at old photos of yourself! i sometimes can't tell the difference on my body but when I flip through my facebook photos i can tell the difference so much! it makes me really happy, and keeps me going on rough days. just a thought if you need a little something to keep you going!! no double chin anymore!! :)
