HI, this has probably been asked a few times so sorry if there is any repetition, but do you guys count the calories burned from strength training in any way? is there any specific reason that a generalized calorie burn doesn't exist on this site/app? thanks guys

Too large of a calorie defect

How accurate are the calories burned calculators on hrm? I did a 45 minute weight session and apparently burnt 600 calories does this sound right? Thanks

Sat fat vs unsat fat?
hey, this may seem like a dumb question but I don't know much about nutrients hence the need to use this site now lol. How come mfp allows the consumption of saturated fats but there is o recommended intake of 'good' unsaturated fats? Thanks
