How accurate are the calories burned calculators on hrm? I did a 45 minute weight session and apparently burnt 600 calories does this sound right? Thanks

    My trainer said they are pretty accurate. Depending on your weight and how many pounds lifted and the length of time in between sets, the calories can add up.
