Kettle bells?

hey I'm new to the forum but have found the mfp app very useful, I currently exercise every other day or at least three times a week if I'm stuck for time (not including walking and non strenuous exercise). I was wondering how many calories are burned during a virtually non stop kettle bell work out? Has anyone had any success with them? I find it hard to tell if my body has changed so far but it's a fun work out so I don't mind sticking it out. Thanks

If you are doing kettle bells and doing them correctly KEEP DOING THEM! That is literally a FULL BODY workout. Not sure on calories but I know they will shape your body quicker than anything else you can do. That and squats.0
