New Rules of Weight lifting for Women
Ok....anyone starting this book soon? I just purchased it from Ebay a couple minutes ago and would love to share in the process once I get it. I normally lift with my husband, but now that we've had schedule changes I'll be lifting alone. So I got the book! I'm excited to try it!

HELP!
I've been eating at TDEE for about 6-8 weeks and all I am doing is maintaining. I'm not losing anything. Not sure if maybe I need to adjust something? Any thoughts?

Loving Lifting
I've been lifting weight with my husband about 5 days a week since last week and I am loving how my body feels! I feel weird not doing cardio as much though. How much cardio are most of you doing? I am just curious for those lifters, what a typical workout week looks like for you.

Cardio
How much Cardio are you doing and what type? I'm trying to change things up a little and not sure how to adjust my cardio. I do a class on M and W, that only burn about 250-300 calories per 45 min class. I'm thinking I should be burning more than that for my cardio. Any thoughts? Nervous about my fitness changes!

Planks
We do a TON of plank work in the classes I take. I feel like my arms get more sore than my abs. Of course, I still feel the burn in my abs, but I swear my arms kill me more. Normal? Or do I have poor form?

Whew!
I think I finally realized that I was overthinking the whole "eating more to weigh less" concept! It finally clicked for me today. I upped my calories to a little over 1800 from 1200 and ready to rock it. Excited to see if my progress changes.

I think my booty is lifting!
The other day I put a pair of my jeans on and they felt totally different around my butt. Make sense? Like they were filling the butt different from possibly lifting and losing the under the butt sag? Either way, it felt great! LOL

I cannot figure out how to personalize my hrm to make sure it is accurate with my calorie burn. I lost my manual. It's the New Balance HRT Komen. I can't find the correct manual online and their customer service number only has a voicemail. Any help?

Is this normal?
I've been doing MFP for the last 35 days. I've lost 5 inches total from my midsection. I feel strong and better in general, but have only lost 4 lbs.
