I have heard a lot talk about using their heart rate to calculate their actual calories burned. Can someone explain how I do that and what type of monitor to use.

too much protein???
I keep going over on my protein daily count. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of soy which is full of protein. I am wondering if going over on the protein and under on the calories will even things up a bit. Or is it ok to go over on the proteins as long as they are skinny proteins such as soy?

60 lbs down, 20 lbs up so, Im back!!!
Well my previous weight loss was over 60 Lbs. I kept it off for 2 years I had 8 more to go when I joined MFP in April 2008. I was happy at a size 6 so I phased out the diet and went into maintenance.
