Hi all! I suffer with my knees mainly after running ... I did a marathon last weekend and whilst they were fine during it as I had them taped up, since then they have been killing and when I try to do anything impact, i.e. squat jumps, burpees etc, it really hurts. Head Cold - should I exercise?
I came down with a cold on Saturday, and I exercised Sunday and yesterday however today I feel a million times worse. I have a head cold and sore throat, blocked nose etc. Will exercising tonight make it worse do you think and / or should i have a rest night?! I know this has been asked a million times, but when I calculate my TDEE and BMR, which is the one I need to pay more attention to?! Is it the TDEE number that I then need to eat lower than? Or the BMR? CONFUSED! Lol
