Fiber Intake
So I was just wondering, is there a way to change the goal number for Fiber on your diary? Mine is set at 14g of fiber/day. However, I was doing some research and the National Institutes of Health say that the average adult should be getting between 21g and 38g of fiber/day. How do you change it??

I just stared the 30 Day Shred last week! I'm currently on Day 5 and have already seen improvements! Started at 32" waist, now 31.5" waist! 26" stomach (smallest part), now 25.5" 22" Thighs, now 21.5" and 13 3/4" calves, now 13.5! That is pretty awesome for one week!!

Bad Posture?
I have pretty bad posture and I want to fix it while Im still young(ish). Any ideas on how to help? Exercise? Reminders? Anything?? When I think about it I can make myself sit up straight or stand up straight but as soon as I stop focusing on it, I go right back to slouching.

Scales?
Anyone recommend a certain scale? I only weigh myself when I go to the gym, it would be nice to have one at the house also! I want one that will give me more than just my weight & actually be accurate!

When should you weigh yourself/take measurements?
I was just wondering what time of day you should weigh yourself and take your measurements? Should I be doing this in the morning before I eat anything or at night after I have eaten all my meals?
