I'm about 11 days into 30 Day Shred and my boyfriend called me a "She Hulk" haha It was definitely a NSV for me! I've never had any definition in my arms until now! I always shied away from any type of weight lifting for fear of getting bigger. But I finally gave in when I saw all the talk and success of 30 Day Shred on MFP! Definitely happy I bit the bullet and went for it!

That's funny, my arms were the first place I noticed a difference as well. I saw a pic of myself holding my daughter, and there was a little muscle I hadn't noticed before!
