I take the airbourne twice a day when i start to feel sick...it works like a charm!! perfect for me because i work with kids!! i definitely recommend it! it is just a tablet that dissolves in water and is jam packed with vitamins!

I find that when I start my day off with egg whites & whole wheat toast I am much fuller all day long than when I eat cereal, oatmeal, fruit or whatever for breakfast. Plus eggs whites are super low cal & high protein! Hope this helps :)

I use a free one called "My Days" and it keeps track of my period, I also put in when I take my pill, there is a place for daily notes, also when you have sex...It also tells me when I'm in High Fertility, and Ovulation...I like it :) because I never seem to remember to write that stuff down on the calendar!

I think you DEFINITELY need to use a blender for EAS. I have gotten in the habit and enjoy making smoothies anyway so I usually always go straight to the blender. I used to be on yaz but I gained a lot of weight and it also messed with my head and made me crazy, so my doctor took me off of it. now I use Reclipsen and it's the best pill I've ever taken!! good luck though, I hope it doesnt make you crazy!! :)
