im 25 and 5"3'. I currently weigh 162. My goal is 130 but im starting to think i should change it to 115-120. What is your goal?

I'm 21, 173lbs and 5'3'' and i'm looking to get down to 130, but I'm not sure if thats possible I've been working with a trainer and i have a lot of lean muscle, so I'm going to see how my body looks at 140 and see if there is any places I feel like I could lose more fat or tone up.0

I'm 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 107lbs. But I'm shooting for 115 for now I have a pretty tiny bone structure so the lower end of the BMI ideal works for me. Have you tried goggling it? Basically you chose your bone structure size and it gives you an approximate goal range. Its not the dalai lama, but its a decently helpful tool.0

Im 5'3 and 21. I started out at 204 and i never would have thought that i weighed that much. but its ok because i have some amazing incentives to loose this weight for good. im currently 185 and my ultimate goal is 124. my license already says it so im just working towards it. i cant wait for the day that i can say i weigh what it says on my license.0

I fudged the numbers by a little (15 lbs) on my military ID. Now I'm almost 10 lbs under what it says and still going. Good luck with getting down to that number! It's a great feeling.0 -
I'm 23 (does that count as mid-20s?!) and exactly 5'3. I currently weigh 129, but started at 139 or so and hope to get down to 122. I hope to do this without shrinking up top because I'm "blessed" in that area, but we'll see how it goes. I picked 122 as a goal weight because that's what my license has said for about the last 5 years, and I don't want to be a liar anymore! Anyone can feel free to add me, I always like to see how people with the same stats as me lose the weight.0

My first "final" goal was 120, then I when I got to 123, I changed it to 115....now I'm 119 and I've changed my final goal to 110. '
However, if I dont make it to 110 but I tone up my butt, thighs & tummy then I will be satisfied. The reason I kept changing my goal to lower was because I still have a significant amount of fat around my thighs & lower butt & still have the pooch tummy!0 -

I'm 24 and 5'3.5" and I'm trying for 130. I think I have a medium or large frame though, so not sure if I could get much lower. I'll have to reassess when I get closer, since right now it's hard to really know what I have goin on under the fat lol

My weight in January of 2010 was 290!! I'm 5'3'' and 25 years old. I started seriously trying to lose weight in December 2010 and started MFP around March of this year and have managed to get down to 238.5. My goal for the rest of this year is to get to 199 and eventually to 170. Once I get to 170 I will reevaluate my goals and see what I want to do from there. I have no desire to be a Barbie - I just want to be healthy for once!

I'm 5'1 and 24, and my goal is 110lbs. I've got a friend who's the same height and age as me and she got down to 90lbs....but that's too small for me. XD0

28 here, 5ft3ish (seems to be anywhere between 5ft2 and 5ft4 when I'm measured) currently 216lbs and my goal is 130lbs. I weighed 140lbs a few years ago and was happy with that but could have stood to lose a little more. I think anything less than 130 would be too thin for me but I'll see when I get there.0
