    These two documentaries are good:

    Fat Head
    Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead

I watch it when I workout! Nothing like a little scare tactics to make you sweat harder.

    Watch these as well:

    Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead
    Food Inc
    The Future of Food
    Foodmatters
    King Corn

They will change the way you feel about food. All stream on Netflix too, if you have it!
  • Food, Inc. - YouTube has the whole movie in 10 minute increments.

And if you are looking for a great read: Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan
  • One that I have is called "Fat, sick and tired" and "Change yor life, change your food" The latter one is mostly about being a vegetarian

Also the TV show "Heavy" is really great motivation too, seeing super obese people go through weight loss more realistically than the "Biggest Loser" show. Streams on Netflix too.

Fat Head. It pretty much proves Super Size Me to be b.s. And probably won't help you with weight loss. But I've seen both documentaries, and this one makes a hell of a lot more sense than the Super Size Me one.. makes you think.

All of the above mentioned documentaries are great, but one that REALLY will make you sick and not want to eat is "Killer at Large." It's all about America's fat people and kick fixes and bad eating habits.

There's a good one by the BCC you can find on Youtube called 'Why Are Thin People Not Fat'. Basically a bunch of skinny people TRY to get fat, and examines some eating habits of your average Brit. Interesting look at the other side of the picture!

You HAVE to check out Food Inc.
I have to say, it's my favourite movie of the year. Out of everything.

Fast Food Nation wasn't too bad either. Turned me off of McDonald's/Wendy's/A&W for months
