I just stared the 30 Day Shred last week! I'm currently on Day 5 and have already seen improvements!
Started at
32" waist, now 31.5" waist!
26" stomach (smallest part), now 25.5"
22" Thighs, now 21.5"
and 13 3/4" calves, now 13.5!
That is pretty awesome for one week!!

How 'bout those jumping lunges in Level 3?? Like holy CRAP. But yeah, totally worth it. I love Jillian Michaels. I love her 6 Week Six Pack too. That one is actually fun and it over before you know it!0
