I just stared the 30 Day Shred last week! I'm currently on Day 5 and have already seen improvements!

Started at
32" waist, now 31.5" waist!
26" stomach (smallest part), now 25.5"
22" Thighs, now 21.5"
and 13 3/4" calves, now 13.5!

That is pretty awesome for one week!!

    I also love Jillian. I currently do Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. But starting next week, I will rotate four videos (to keep from getting bored easily, as I do).

    I love the Shred and Jillian! It defintiely works! Keep it up! Be prepared for Level 2! You will get seriously toned with it!

    How 'bout those jumping lunges in Level 3?? Like holy CRAP. But yeah, totally worth it. I love Jillian Michaels. I love her 6 Week Six Pack too. That one is actually fun and it over before you know it!
