Scale Question
I think my scale might be busted. In the past 30 days I've lost 1.7 lbs, lost no inches, but the scale says lost 10 lbs in fat. Could this be right? Could I have really lost 10 pounds in fat, only 1.7 pounds total (which means gained muscle) but lost no inches? Help please :)

Suggestions for weight lifting log app please
I need an app for my android where I can log my weight lifting exercises/reps/weight. I'm using virtuagym right now, but you have to upgrade in order to see more exercises. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I need to start switching it up, and I would like to avoid doing it old school with paper/pen.

I haven't been eating before my morning workouts lately, mostly because I"m just not hungry. I'm finding a lot of conflicting information about the topic. What do you guys do, and what have you found works best?

1200 cal a day fatigue
I started on 1200 cal a day this Monday, and have been tired all week. Will this go away, or is it a sign I need to boost my caloric intake?
