For the past week I have been doing cardio everyday and I also added in a couple of weight machines and have not been sore once. My question is this: is that bad? Running - Treadmill vs. Pavement
Good Morning!! I have started the C25K program this week and have a quick question. Should I be doing this program outdoors or is on the treadmill sufficent? I do not want to do the program on the treadmill and then go to run a 5k and not be able to complete it. Thanks for any info you can provide me! Happy Friday! :happy:

Workouts and Eating
I started the C25K program last week and am LOVING it! When I get done though I am beyond starving. Is it okay to eat right after a work out? Is it better to eat before? I bought new shoes this week and they are giving me blisters when I work out. I have five on one foot and six on the other. My blisters do not hurt to bad. I can just tell they are there.
