New Exercises
What are some exercise suggestions to get a great sweat going - I usually spend about 1 hr & 20 minutes of cardio per day and do that 4 x a week and also do total of 3 hrs. of spinning per week along with weight lifting 3 days a week. Any suggestions for some new exercises? Thanks!

What problem does it cause if your burning around 1K calories a day exercising twice (once early morning & once late evening) and you are only consuming around 900 caloires a day; seems like I am having a hard time losing weight over the past 2 weeks,but am eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between?
