No Sugar/Low Sugar Snacks/Breakfast/Lunch/Dinners
Can anyone recommend low sugar or no sugar added foods/snacks and/or breakfast/lunch or dinner? My trainer told me that if I get rid of sugar in my diet or consume very light sugar in my diet that my body will see huge changes due to living a semi-clean/clean lifestyle . Thanks!

Tightening up the mid section
I have lost 34 lbs. in a little over 3 months by doing cardio, spinning and stair master while eating balanced nutritional meals. I have noticed that while I am down in weight (which was the goal in the first place), I really need to tone up the mid section to reduce that little bit of belly fat left - ANY SUGGESTIONS?

UGGHH - I am gaining WEIGHT
I have lost a total of 31 lbs. so far doing cardio & weight training while eating healthy. Two weeks ago, I added ab/lower back exercises 3-4 days a week for about a half hour per day (I take a class with the instructor at the gym) & I have gained 5 lbs. while still eating healthy.
