I am currently doing all cardio while losing a total of 29 lbs. - but I still have a tad bit of a belly that I cannot get rid of, asking advice of what I can do to shed that belly whether it be strength training with weights or ab exercises. Anyone help me with some exercises that I can do to shed this little belly I am carrying around, looking to tone that area up. I have a bad back, so looking for some exercises that are not so strenuous for the back!

Have you tried sit-ups on a larger fitness ball? I have some trouble with my back and that seems to allow me to work my core without causing me additional pain.0

I had back surgery 12 years ago and was unable to do anything that required ab work as the muscles atrophied after 3 months of not being allowed to use them. After PT not working and going to see a Physiatrist, I was led to water aerobics. It was hard at first, but the water REALLY helped me to actually do ab work as it supported my back. After about 3-6 months I would say I was able to do a normal level of ab work in the water. Today I can do them on land without much problem to my back.
Good Luck!0
