What are some good carb snacks before a workout?

    My usual goto pre-workout snacks are:

    Banana (i usually have it with peanut butter, pre-workout).
    Whole grain toast (ditto on the peanut butter)
    Yogurt
  • I like a banana or piece of bread & peanut butter. Nom.

    1/2 english muffin with crunchy peanut butter and a glass of milk, maybe some fruit too
  • Whole grain bagel with peanut butter is my favorite!
    A banana
    Greek fat-free yogurt
    a Cliff bar

    Does it have to be a carb?

    I find a boiled egg great before a workout :)
