What are some good dinner recipes/suggestions to fuel your body after a workout. Not looking for something too heavy, just a good meal that will fill you up but not make you feel like you ate too much! Thanks!

I think I ve said this alot, so to the people that browse the forum often, it would seem like i m a lentil pusher.... : D BUT I have a recipe for lentils and spinach (indian inspired) about 300 calories over 1/2 cup of rice-packed with protein and fiber and delicious. you can message me for recipe if it interests you or search the database as I added it there. It might not be super quick, but its super yummy and when you do the serving right leaves you feeling just full enough.
Other dinners I love that arent super heavy are fish and grilled veggies, ground tureky spaghetti with whole grain noodles, and i love making different whole grain pastas with different veggies-super filling and almost guilt free.0
