I weigh myself at night before I go to bed and weigh myself again first thing in morning when I wake up; but I always seem to be about 2 lbs. heavier in the morning then at night - can anyone tell me why? I eat my last meal @ 7 p.m. every night and drink a glass of water before I go to bed! Just a little confused as to why this is? Can anyone help?

I would not weigh myself everyday. Do it once a week and rely on your clothes as a better indicator.

no explanation here, normally you would weigh more in the evening than in the morning. But I agree with dis06 don't weigh so often. I am weighing every day too, I have one of those scales that also show you body fat and water and I am fighting to get my water up, so I check that every morning. But don't weigh twice a day, it does not only confuse you, it could frustrate you too and that would work against your life style change.
