Hi, As many of you know, it is Pumpkin Spice Latte season at Starbucks. While I love this drink, and I get the "skinny" version of it, it is still high in sugar. Anyone have any good alternatives to this drink that they recommend? Thank you!

85-100 pound weight loss stories

Running NSV
I have never been a runner, it's not my forte. Today though I was doing High Intensity Interval training on the treadmil and did a 14 minute mile! When if first statred exercising going 3.0 on the treadmil was tough and I think I could do a 22 minute mile. nearly 70 pounds lost, and what a difference!
