Pumkin Spice Latte alternative?

Hi,
As many of you know, it is Pumpkin Spice Latte season at Starbucks. While I love this drink, and I get the "skinny" version of it, it is still high in sugar. Anyone have any good alternatives to this drink that they recommend? Thank you!

Torani makes a sugar free pumpkin flavored syrup.

there is a sugar free syrup, but its meh.

Unless you're diabetic, go for the real one. Its better to have the real thing every once in a while than the bastardized version every day. Shoot, the venti even has 18g of protein.

This site has tons of light recipes, the ones I've tried are good. I'm not a fan of coffee, but this might help....

I just get the real thing, but a smaller size, less often.

The alternatives are not the same and not worth it!
I get the real thing but minus the whipped cream a couple times a week, well worth it!

I like this, seems better than seeking out an alternative that will likely not be as yummy.

A friend of mine sent me a (meme?) yesterday with ways to make your own pumpkin spice latte, mocha or hot cocoa. For the latte, mix 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey with 3/4 cup of warm milk and a shot of espresso. The mocha was the same but you add 1/2 tsp of dark unsweetened cocoa. And for the hot cocoa, you make the same as the mocha but don't add the shot of espresso.

    Salted caramel mocha?

...no but seriously. I have them probably way too often and just limit treats elsewhere to make 'em fit.

Although today I just had one of the Starbucks Via pumpkin spice latté packs in a cup of nonfat milk. Not as delicious, but still good, and only 150 Cals/half the sugar.
