Hey guys. I was wondering if anybody would mind sharing their workout plans. How many times a week? For how long? What excersices? How many sets/reps? How much do you lift? Eating habits before and after? Trying to get my workout plan perfect, and wanted to see how it compared to everyone elses. Thanks!

I go swimming three times a week, and running three times a week. Logging C25K
How do you guys log this? I usually log it using my average speed. For example this week I'm on week five, and cover 2.25 miles, so I log it as 30mins at '4.5mph walking very brisk pace', although obviously at times I'm walking at about 3.5 and running at about 6. Do you think this is accurate?

Logging Cooking Oil
Just cooked roast vegetables for myself and my boyfriend. I added it as a recipe, adding together all the vegetables and the tablespoon of oil I drizzled on top, and made it to serve too. Does being ill burn calories??
I have a bit of mild flu. Nothing serious, but enough not to want to do exercise! The thing is, I eat the calories I earn working out, and there is no way I'll be able to stay under 1220 without working out today. I don't want to let myself go over, but also I want to get well. I have very long, very thick hair, which I don't like to wash every day as it becomes dry. C25K - HELP!
I've been following the C25K plan for a while now and it was going great! I got to week 5 and was terrified by the 20min run, but I did it! Then got to week 6 and completely flaked.
