here's the thing: I work out on my days off. which are usually monday tuesday wednesday. so in those 3 days, i collectively burn like 1700 calories which is way above what i need to. but then i don't work out for 4 consecutive days. so does it matter how close the days are together if i'm burning the calories i need, and…

I hate jogging. I love walking I have the privilege to be able to go on an 80 minute brisk walk/power walk. My jogging time right now is only 10 minutes. i hate jogging and i'm bad at it. Is there a calorie difference between marble cheese and ched
I usually eat both, but with the marble cheese i hate logging it in because it measures it in grams rather than cups. I always eat the cheese shredded so this is annoying for me. So is there a big difference if i put cheddar cheese instead of marble in my food log? [i feel like this is a dumb question hahaa]

How long do you wait to go running after you've eaten a meal
I had 2 cups of chicken noodle soup at around 7:30pm and it is now 10:00 pm. I will try to go running but I feel like it's too early after I've eaten. i usually get bad heartburn during running if I didn't wait enough after a meal. How long do you wait?

When I log in that I ate rice, which do I put?
