I don't understand.
I've been losing fat these past 2 weeks, but my number hasn't changed!
I know fat doesn't weigh much and muscle is heavier but shouldn't i be seeing SOME numerical change?!
bahhh.
also i need to take some cheese out of my diet. i've become a cheesaholic.

Keep at it! Try tofu in place of cheese, whenever possible... or cauliflower cooked alot then blended with a little bit of parmesan and skin milk for a "alfredo" sauce. Have a glass of water or unsweetened green tea when you get a craving. Try mixing up your workouts but dont get discouraged youre doing great!0

My number is barely moving too. I was getting frustrated with it, but my sweet DH informed that the shape of my body is changing and he can see it. So I go with my measurements and don't worry so much about the scale. Just keep going!!!!0
