working out first thing in the morning
I work out first thing in the morning. I don’t do it every day, but I am getting better at it. And my goal is to make it to the gym Monday thru Friday before I go to work. do you ever read someones trackings......
and think its a lie, or a stupid thing to track.......... or am i just being a a**hole i see some things and it irritates the hell out of me, that someone would track certain things, or you see something, and you can tell it doesnt seem tracked right

p90x and gym
ive been going to the gym...... a couple days a week. now i have p90x. would it be doing to much if i go to the gym in the morning before i go to work, and then do p90 in the evening? if i do, should i try to work out the same body parts at the gym that i will be doing at night with p90

would you or do wear a heart rate monitor while hunting or fishing? i would during small game, because of all the walking. but for deer, i use my climber. but at the same time, carring a climber, gear bag, weapon, wearing boots and thicker cloths gets heavy after so long of walking. and, dragging a deer out of the woods…

music to work out to
what do you listen to when working out.... that’s gets you motivated and makes your work out more enjoyable? i listen to HXC and death metal. the fast guitar riffs, blast beats and break downs get my adrenalin flowing and pumps me up to push harder can anyone work out to slow, melow music?
