Logging exercise with HRM question...
Hi, I keep creating new exercises on my mobile everytime I workout using my HRM since when I enter the times for previous exercises I created, the calories never match up. Does everyone else do this or am I missing something? I wish you could be more accurate and account for the time in seconds, too!

Should I increase or decrease my calories?
Hi, I'm at a plateau and currently have my calories set for 1410. It'd like to change my amount of calories to move me off of this, but I'm not sure if I should go up to 1610-ish or down to 1200? I've lost 20.5 lbs so far out of 75 pounds to lose. What do you think? Allie

Pedometer calorie counter
hi, I have a pedometer that counts calories as you walk after you tell it how much you weigh. This morning I walked about 3mph for 30 minutes. MPF says I would have burned 120 something but my pedometer said 182 calories. I logged the pedometer. Was that the right choice?

Confused about calorie counting
Hi, When first filling out my information on MFP, I asked to lose 2 lbs weekly and it suggested that I eat 1200 calories daily. However, on the boards, everyone says that is too low.
