Hi,
I'm starting Ripped in 30 week 2 and I was wondering what to enter it as in cardiovascular on MFP. I entered week 1 as circuit training general. Should I do that for this week, too?

I would enter RI30 as circuit training for each of the 4 weeks of the dvd. Its a combo of strength, cardio, and abs in circuits, so general circuit training is about the best way to go. You could also set up your own exercise and name it RI30 and manually enter the calories burned if you know them.0
