Jumping on the bandwagon of "results" posts...except I'd like to hear/see your Ripped in 30 results instead of the 30 Day Shred!

How many inches/pounds did you lose?

    I am currently doing the RI30 and on level 2 (should have advanced but dont feel ready) I have gained 3.4 lbs but I think its more from thanksgiving than anything else. I have not check my measurements yet either. I try to wait until the end.
