I did wk 5 of C25K last week and ran for 20 mins non-stop for the first time. I decided to have a few days break before starting the next week. I felt great! Exercising with a bad knee. Advice needed.

Can anyone help me do push ups?
I have never been able to do a full push up. I can do box push ups fine, but I want to be able to do full push ups. I have strong legs but poor arm strength. I feel it is holding me back. Anyone have any tips to help me get stronger?

My muscles ache...carry on?
I did day 2 of level 2 30 day shred a couple of days ago. It killed my abdominal muscles and they still hurt. I had a rest day from the shred yesterday but did some cardio. Should I start again today and work through the pain or would it be more beneficial to give my muscles a chance to recover??

30 day shred...trouble with butt kicks...advice?
