Calories burnt from exercise
Do you guys eat them back?? I'm on 1600 a day aiming to loose a bit more weight as well as tone up. Normally I eat some back but can't find any info on it. So fort I'd ask what do u do since starting this programme. Thanks x

What r ppls opinions??? I did some exercise (a kickboxing exercise off YouTube) on tues morning and my arms still hurt when lifting them etc. What can I do - I did stretch out afterwards. I really want/need to do some more today?? Will I do more damage if I do more exercise or is it just my body getting used to exercise?…

Someone posted recently about a set of videos clips on youtube they put together with up to date songs and u play altogether and think it was a 45 min workout it included Zumba I think. If anyone knows can they post link. It looked really good xx

Pedometer
I recently brought a pedometer and it calculates ur kcals burnt. Can I transfer these kcals into my daily diary??? So today I walked 10067 steps and burnt 351 kcals. Xxx

Oats so simple
I love the oats so simple porridge flavoured sachets but noticed quite high in sugar and carbs. I think I like these cos u can measure out te milk/water in te sachet it comes on. Is there other porridge oats that I could have that would lower my sugar and carb intake. Laura Live in the uk xxx

How do u deal with
Being on your time of the month as when im pn i crave everything fatty sweets crisps etc etc ive only started my healthy eating plan since beginning of month and don't want to spoil everything I've lost so far. Any advice will be fab xxx
