I have to try to remember that it's just a craving and it's not going to win. 5 minutes later the craving is gone and I feel brilliant!
Try to make sure you don't have "bad" food in the house - I used to pretend it was "for the kids" but why would I want to feed them that when I shouldn't be putting it in my OWN body?! Try to keep a stock of "good" snacks so there's always something you can have.
But if you do give in, don't beat yourself up over it! This is your life - one bag of crisps or chocolate bar every now and then isn't going to ruin you forever! You can just get back onto plan straight after.0 -
I'm the same way. I usually just force myself to eat right and work out, but nothing's wrong with a little sweet. Just limit yourself, or toss them lol. I go crazy for white chocolate at my time of the month. I ate a huge white chocolate bar in just a week. So nibble, not chow down!0

I do give in my craving during my time of the month, just in limited amount. A treat once in a while won't be bad it's over indulging that is bad. I just make it work into my calories or stay on the treadmill a little longer.0
