What r ppls opinions???
I did some exercise (a kickboxing exercise off YouTube) on tues morning and my arms still hurt when lifting them etc.

What can I do - I did stretch out afterwards.

I really want/need to do some more today??

Will I do more damage if I do more exercise or is it just my body getting used to exercise?

    Definitely, what he said ^^

    It will hurt a bit at first, but it will fix you up. (And it won't be this bad again if you keep up at it).
