The old Cindy Crawford DVD has a 10 minute workout at the end for "no time" days. But the 30DS is also only 25 minutes (though it is a killer to be honest.) The Cindy one is really nice, warms you up.0

Thanks.
I was thinking more like sit ups and floor work.
If anyone has any plans for this sort let me know xx0 -

I just started exercising like a month ago. My friend has been crafting 2 workouts for me each week. I post the workouts up on my blog so that I can reference them if necessary after I log..
I started posting at workout 7 but if they're of any help I'll go back and post 1-6. I've found them challenging and pretty comprehensive and they last 25-40 minutes.
Edit: I do everything in my living room and the only equipment I've needed is my sofa, hand weights, and a hardcover book.0 -

I don't know how much time you want to spend...
30 seconds jogging in place
30 seconds jumping rope (no rope needed)
30 seconds jogging in place
30 seconds jumping jacks
15 squats
15 sit ups
15 reverse sit ups
15 push-ups
15 lunges
repeat both sets as often as you want or to suit your time needs.
Add/change/drop any exercise you want
switch it up
add time to it
make it do what you want it to do.
squat and do alternating punches
Do walking lunges with weights
It's really up to you!0 -
