okay so tonight is mine and my boyfriend's anniversary dinner and we both want pizza. so we decided to go to Cici's Pizza for dinner. knowing this, i have eaten half a grapefruit and walked 3 miles this afternoon, which gave me about 260-something calories added to my daily calories. is it bad that i've only eaten the half…

Today was NOT a good day....
it seems like today all i've been is HUNGRY. so i ate when i was hungry and i felt like i ate everything in sight. tomorrow is gonna be crappy too bc when i get on the scale i'm gonna see something i don't wanna see. needless to say i'm very upset :sad:

last night i asked my mom to hide the scale and not let me have it, no matter how much i wanted it, until friday. hopefully this will be a good strategy so i stop obsessing. bc i think i've crossed that fine line of caring and obsession
