I can do cardio everyday if I could. In fact, its my favorites. I dread strength training even though I know I suppose to be doing it. Its just plain out confusing! Ok, i'm losing weight i've been contemplating the use of strength training while in a caloric deficit. Is it worth my time even theoretically i won't be gaining any muscle???

I've been consist with exercise and strength training and haven't gone over my calories but maybe 3 days combined the past 6 months of this journey. I currently suppose to be 212 but the scale reads 225-227 and its worrying me a bit. Also the weird thing is I think I'm still losing inches. Is it possible to gain 15 pounds…

Clothing sizes....
Just wondering, my goal weight is 195-205 pounds and i just wanted to know, what sizes of shirts and pants/jeans does a guy that is 5'9 and 195 pound wear because i was thinking about shopping ahead and it would keep me motivated in a way. Kind of wishful thinking. I would really appreciate it!!!

Well ive been exercsing and eating under the 1800 cal limit for the past week and saturday i weighted 243.2 but when i weight today out of curiousity i gained 3 pounds.....ive urinated and had a bowel movement and ive still havent lose anything.....i havent cheated or skipped a day of exercise....what could have caused me…
